If you are a citizen of an EU or EEA country and want to stay in the Czech Republic for more than 3 months, we recommend the registration certificate, which will make your life easier when buying a property, car, registering for permanent residence, etc.

Family members of EU and EEA citizens fall into two categories: close and distant family members of EU citizens. If you belong to these categories, we can arrange temporary residence for you.

If you have lived in the Czech Republic for 5 years or more, you can apply for permanent residence.
Permanent residence

If you are a family member of an EU citizen, you can apply for permanent residence after 2 years of continuous residence if you have been a family member of an EU citizen for at least 1 year.
Trade licence
A trade licence entitles you to conduct business in the Czech Republic. We will take care of all the procedures for its set-up for you.
Registration upon arrival
Every foreigner is obliged to register upon arrival in the Czech Republic. Failure to do so will result in a fine. Registration upon arrival is carried out at the Foreign Police. We will be happy to help you and accompany you.
